I am back to work and currently in Austin TX and while my shooting has been curtailed the last week or so due to being on the road (literally) I do have this really cool shot my wife and I took last fall. It is one of those every picture has a story shots.
We were up at Fallsburg Park just north of Lowell MI reconnoitering shoot locations for senior portraits. The sun had just gone down and the light was falling rapidly. We had packed up and was driving out of the park and while coming around a bend this image presented itself.
To get the moon to be in position I was squatted in the middle of the road. This is not the most desirable position to find ones self at dusk with cars shooting through the area. Me with my eye to the camera, my wife had a number of opportunities to collect on the life insurance.
Well, it's up in six hours to head up to Chicago.
Good night. Doug
