I hope everyone had an enjoyable time last night. Rather than just sitting at home for the evening Evelyn and I took our our youngest son out for a nice dinner (seeing as how I missed Christmas dinner) and then went to a hockey game. The Griffins smoked Iowa 6-0.
I am not one for new years resolutions but I do like to look forward to some form of expectations for the year. Probably the one single event that will occur in 2009 that will impact our lives is that of becoming a grandparent for the first time. This should happen towards the end of March. We have other things on the plate but none as important or special as seeing L.... Oops, I almost let it slip.
