I guess thirty seven years of flying has taken me to some very interesting locations. I was on Facebook this evening and got hooked into dropping pins on locations I had been to over the years. I am sure it is not a comprehensive list but I only dropped pins on locations that I had flown to. I must admit that I have not yet flown "to" the Hawaiian Islands but I did fly a glider once when I was there so I am counting it.
Looking a little closer at the western hemisphere you can see that I have done most of my flying in the United States (duh! I live here!). It was very interesting that while I was dropping the pins on the various locations my mind was stepping back in time and recalling the airport. Not for each point but I would say a good 80%.
Anyhow, it was a lot of fun and brought back some nice memories... guess there were a couple of really sucky ones in there too.
