This little pup says it all... Once again I am airlining to another city. This time I am on my way to Detroit to hook up with a crew for a checkride tomorrow. The past few days I have been working with some guys that were transitioning into the aircraft. Conducting ground training and then time in the simulator for what we call massage therapy. The crews have spent two weeks being taught by our vendor instructors and we have two days to retrain (massage) them to our way of thinking and then they hit the road for continued OJT.
