Unfortunately I am in Houston TX and am unable to get my hands on this fine jewel. There is a funny story here though. The sales guy from Norman Camera back home in Grand Rapids MI called my home yesterday and told my wife that my camera was in. She said ok!
What is funny here is how my wife explained it. She said that it was not your normal shipping notification. She said the guy for the camera store sounded giddy. Almost disappointed when she responded with less than equal excitement. My wife told me it must be some photo geek thing because she could sense the same level of excitement in my voice.
Ok, so I am looking forward to this camera. So much so I had to go back over to David Ziser's blog Digital ProTalk and re-read the review on the 5d Mk II. I will have to give my own review here early next year when I get to shoot with it over the holidays.
