Groundhog Day

It is not too often that I get cabin fever but this is approaching that condition. Day four in the same room with the same view. As you can see it is a winter wonderland. The problem is we have been shut down since we got here on Wednesday. Yesterday afternoon I actually saw with my very own eyes a glimpse of light on the horizon and figured we would be getting out today. Not to be as we woke up to the above image. The inset shows at least a foot of snow.

At this point in time I am hoping we are here tomorrow as they have been setting up a Bridal Show and Wedding Expo in the hotel. I may be able to walk around and see what the local photographers are offering. There was one photographer setting up today but if that is it, my interest in this event will plummet quickly.

I saw what the Chicken Cordon Bleu looked like last night so I guess that is my next big event to look forward too.

That's not much, but then there is not much to work with, so take care all... Doug

Sorry your stuck. We should have driven up to see you! At least you have a Cracker Barrel close by! LOL. That should be fun if there is a lot of photographers there. I'm amazed when I talk to people out here about their weddings and learn the price differences even in photography. When people see what we got for pictures they say that a comperable package would cost 3x as much in MD. Well have fun and be travel safe when you leave.
