1000 Hits

This blogging thing. It take on various personalities through out its existence. Most Often it is all about photography. Sometimes it is a social issue or even pseudo political. Sometimes my wife can tell if I am in a less than cordial mood. Other times it is a rant even though I try to keep those to a minimum. One thing for sure, it is all me! Laid out their for the cyber cloud to absorb.

On Monday when I was sitting in Wichita waiting for my flight home, I came to the blog as I use it to see who else has updated theirs over on "My Blog List" located on the right side of the blog. I noticed that I was number 1000 visitor to the blog. This is not completely true as I have only had the counter up there since July. This is the 270th post since I started in January of this year and I am still having a great time doing it.

I was encouraged a week ago when my brother-in-law said that he check it through out the week. Thanks Bill! I must admit that I in a small way you can feel that you are in a room talking to yourself (but that really never bothered me anyway). When a comment comes by once in a while it is an affirmation that there is someone on the other end of the line and I am not crazy. Thanks to all who have commented.

Hopefully I have been successful in my purpose for blogging. That is to reveal to the reader, surfer, or potential client, my passion of all things photographic. That I am a regular Joe and not some nut-job.

Before I start to make that last statement self evident I will be going now.
